At Astrovedic.org, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality Vedic astrology consultations. While our services are tailored and non-refundable under normal circumstances, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. Please read the terms below carefully.

 


Refund Request Timeline and Method

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the consultation or Report Delivery

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account via our payment gateway within 5 to 7 bank working days.

Refunds will only be processed if valid reasons are provided. Astrovedic.org reserves the right to reject any refund request lacking sufficient justification.


 

Quality Audit Process

By submitting a refund request, the customer grants permission to Astrovedic.org’s Quality Audit Team to investigate the issue and consult with the involved parties.

The Quality Audit Team will assess the claim to determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund based on predefined quality standards.

Their decision is final and cannot be appealed or revised under any circumstances.

 


Valid Grounds for Refund

Refunds will be considered only under the following valid conditions:

The astrologer provided irrelevant or inappropriate responses that clearly failed to address the customer’s concern.

The report was not delivered within the timeframe promised on the website (refer to our reports section).

The astrologer ignored or failed to discuss the specific issue submitted by the customer.

The astrologer was unavailable due to unforeseen or urgent circumstances and the consultation could not take place.

 


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests submitted after 24 hours of the consultation or Report Delivery

General dissatisfaction with predictions, which are interpretive and based on traditional Vedic astrology.

Issues stemming from incorrect birth details or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Cases where the astrologer has delivered the consultation, but the customer simply disagrees with the insight.

Delays caused by the customer’s lack of communication or availability.
